“Ashford, my little twelve-year-old dog, loves his daily walk, and we go up the hill to McLaren Park in San Francisco almost every day. We often walk around the duck pond, a large kidney-shaped pool co-inhabited quite successfully by mallard ducks and by the swimmers and fetchers in the dog community who visit the pond. One morning a couple of weeks ago there was a sign at the steps leading down to the pond which read (I’m paraphrasing a bit): ‘Meetings re planned 18-hole disc golf course at McLaren. Tour of the course starting at the amphitheater parking lot 1 p.m. Saturday, April 10. Discussion at clubhouse Moscow & Italy Sts. 6:30 p.m.Tuesday, April 20. Be there if you want your voice heard. The course will cut across areas frequented by walkers.’”

I hope you have a knack for frisbee golf and win a McLaren F1 with a hole-in-one.
…hmmm… awareness practice? start carrying a bokken to see if you can bat a flying frisbee? or train your dog to catch ‘em? both?
Funny, Charles. That made me think there should be a canine defense on the front nine, and bokken defense on the back. This might make the game more exciting, but chances are it would just “tick” the players off.
