Sue, I think the majority of people who do seek to incorporate such positive statements are those who agreed with them before ever reading or hearing them. Others might take the time to better understand what these phrases mean, then take this learning with them. Complacency and fear of change are difficult for some to overcome. It seems to me the first one is primary, and the other four break it down so it is less vague with more specific attributes.
